We talk to one of most preeminent women professionals in risk management in the region, Raziyah Yahya, who is in the captive insurance field for nearly 15 years, on the region's development in self-insurance and risk. Having set up one of the region's largest captives for the Malaysian oil agency, Petronas, she was responsible for not only its existence, but also saw it through its successful rating exercise.
