Pei Pei is the Southeast Asia Tax & Legal (T&L) Leader for Deloitte Private, the Malaysia T&L Leader for Deloitte Private, and the Korean Service Group Leader for Deloitte Malaysia. She has more than 30 years of tax experience in the public accounting practice in both corporate and individual taxation with considerable experience in tax advisory and tax restructuring.
Her clients’ comes from various industry and sector from manufacturing, trading and construction to consultancy services which includes multinational group as well as companies listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
Pei Pei has taken many corporate tax assignments in relation to both local and overseas investment structuring.
Pei Pei is also a frequent speaker at various events and seminars on topics relating to wealth planning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, majoring in Finance and Accounting, from Universiti Sains Malaysia and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. -

Doreen is the Head of Business Policy at Labuan FSA. She is responsible for the formulation of developmental policies to promote businesses in Labuan IBFC. She is also on the insurance and risk assessment task forces at the authority. Prior to joining the business policy unit, she was head of the licensing department there.
Doreen is an Associate Member of The Malaysian Insurance Institute and a Member of the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers. She holds an MBA from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and a Bachelor of Accountancy with Honours from Universiti Teknologi Mara. She also holds certificates in AML/CFT and a Diploma in MII. -

Farah also has extensive experience in advising various financial institutions in respect of various types of banking & trade facilities (conventional and Islamic), property developers in respect of mixed integrated development (residential, commercial and industrial projects), foreign acquisition & disposal of assets in Malaysia, long-term lease and land development related arrangements in respect of various infrastructure & privatized projects locally and in the Middle East.
Farah was instrumental in the setting up of an Islamic financing unit of a co-operative society. Farah has recently been spearheading ‘special projects’ for the Firm that include conducting training/briefing sessions, reviewing operations processes and methodology, formulating readiness programs for clients that include manufacturing clients and service providers in respect of laws on data protection.
Farah is registered as a Mediator with the Bar Council Malaysian Mediation Centre and is a Trained Collaborative Practitioner. She is also a full STEP member (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioner) which headquarters is based in United Kingdom. She is the current STEP Malaysia Chair. -
